How to place the order.

Customers can place orders on www.adiricha.com store and Guests also place orders without any registration. Offers and discounts are only available for registered customers.

Is my order confirmed?

When an order is placed the customer will receive a confirmation mail. With order number from admin@shreehandlooms.in

Note : -Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping and Delivery

We usually deliver within 4-7 business days of placement of the order. It also depends on the delivery location. Due to lockdown delivery might be delayed.

How Much Shipping do I need to Pay? 

Shipping is Free in India. No Additional Charges. shipping and COD amount is already included in the product price. International Shipping Details are available at footer info pages

Why Delivery is Delayed?

AdiRicha/Shreehandlooms shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products. Shreehandlooms shall not be liable for any damage to the Product in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.

The Courier company will try three attempts to deliver the product if the customer not available or does not accept the order, the order will automatically be canceled.

Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to:

bad weather

COVID-19 lockdown

flight delays

political disruptions

other unforeseen circumstances

Can I change My Billing and Shipping Address?

Yes, During Checkout Customer can change the shipping address.

How and When I can cancel the order?

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within ‘My Orders — All Orders’ section under the main menu of www.adiricha.com then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from ‘My Orders’ section, You can mail on order@shreehandlooms.in

How Much of TAX (GST)?

As per GOVT 3% (Jewellery) to 5% ( Cloths) of GST 12 % above 1000 INR Sale Price is applicable on all items available on ADIRICHA online store.
