ADIRICHA Exchange/Cancel Policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on https://adiricha.com for the following exchange conditions within 7 days after delivery.

Size Exchange Option – Yes Available within 7 days after delivery. Only one time exchange available. 

Cancel Option – Yes Available within 24 hours after placing the order.

International Orders Return or Exchange – Not Available.

Important Notice –

  1. Please create a clear video and click some images while unboxing or opening the parcel and share with us if you find any issue in the products. Please capture AWB and Order number while recording the Video and Images.
  2. Do not accept the parcel,if is damaged or tampered by the courier company or while shipping.
  3. Ask delivery person for OTP verification to avoid any fraud delivery. 
  4. Without Clear opening Video and images Adiricha Fashion cannot raise any concern to courier company as its mandatory to raise the ticket.

Exchange Policy –

We always check the product size before packing it, and the product will come as the exact size which you are ordering. Still, if you want to exchange the size, we can easily exchange the size. 

  1. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume, etc.)
  2. The tags on the product should be intact and return in original packing.
  3. Product condition MUST be same as you received. 
  4. Product should be unused, unwashed, undamaged.
  5. Same product, the same colour will be exchanged, customer cannot change the product, if it is available. If product is not available ADIRICHA coupon code will be given (after deducting the Shipping and COD amount).
  6. For Size Exchange, Please send the product to given address as reverse pick up facility not available.
  7. Please courier the products by reliable courier company (Trackon, BlueDart,DTDC .etc)
  8. Once we receive the items and quality check is ok, then we will ship the correct size within 4-5 days.
  9. Second time shipping Charges will be given by the customer.

Cancel Policy –    

  • You can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order.

No Exchange in the following cases.

  • Dress Sizes 58-8XL,60-9XL,62-10XL, 64-11Xl,66-12XL,68-13XL,70-14XL,72-15XL or
    customized are non-returnable products as these are made as per customer order.
  • Minor damages like tassels or buttons
    during transit are not covered in return.
  • The product will come the same as shown
    in the picture and the best fabric is being used to manufacture the product.
    The return will not be acceptable based on it.
  • There might be a minor (10%-20%) color
    difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen
    resolution issues. Please do not ask for an exchange due to this reason.
  • No Exchange for Clearance sale, Combo
    Product sale, or any special offer products.

When Exchange not approved

  • The Products have been damaged by the User
  • if there is a change in the quality, quantity, or other characteristics of the Product
  • the product returned is not the Product that was delivered
  • product was washed, used, and/or damaged by the user.
  • To send the product back to customer shipping charges will be given by the customer.
